Delivery and returns
TA-CT offers free standard delivery on orders over 130 €.
For orders below this amount, delivery prices are as follows:

To reduce the carbon footprint, all deliveries are handled by Bpost as standard shipments.
Deliveries to the United Kingdom will be possible soon.

The average period between an order and its delivery is from one to ten working days, depending on the destination country. The delivery times are provided for information only and may vary due to possible delays caused by the payment consent, availability of stocks, customs delays or for other reasons.
All orders are shipped with Bpost and are fully traceable on the courier’s website. Our couriers usually operate between 8am—6pm, Monday to Friday. You can specify an alternative delivery address when ordering, for example, your work address. If no one is present at the time of delivery, a message will be left to re-arrange a suitable delivery day to the same address or to collect your parcel in a collection points or post office.
All import duties, clearance fees and/or other additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and will need to be paid by the Customer on receipt of the shipment.

2. Returns and refund
At TA-CT, we offer the possibility to return items within 30 days from the delivery date, including orders containing underwear. The Customer shall not have to justify the reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of possible customs duties.
To make use of these cancellation rights, the Customer must notify TA-CT by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with the subject “Return” within 30 calendar days following receipt of the Product(s), indicating the order number and the item(s) being returned. If your return is from outside Europe, please let us know so that we can send you by email the customs documents to enclose with your package.
Returns will only be accepted if the items have been tried on carefully and with your own underwear underneath. Any returned pieces with remnants of lotion, deodorant, perfume or stains won’t be accepted.
The Product must be sent back as new: in its original packaging, in perfect condition, with its label attached, unworn, unwashed, and accompanied by all of its accessories.
Please use the “Return Form” that is enclosed with the delivered Product(s) to mark the items being returned.
Returns must be sent to the address below, which is also stated clearly on the “Return Form”:

Customers must return items back to us at their own cost, using a carrier of their choice. The risks involved in returning the items will be borne by the Customer and therefore we suggest the Customer uses a tracked service. We cannot be held responsible for items that fail to reach us.
On receipt of the returned Product(s), TA-CT shall send a confirmation of receipt of the Product(s) by email.
TA-CT will refund the Customer the cost of the returned Product(s), including the delivery cost, but excluding the return costs and any possible customs duties. This refund will be done within a maximum period of 14 days following receipt by TA-CT of the returned product, by bank transfer into the credit card account used by the Customer. If the Customer paid for their order by some other form of payment, the refund will be credited to the bank account stated on the “Returns Form”.
We do not offer an exchange service, so should you wish to change size or style please place a new order online and return your initial order for a refund.
