TA-CT attaches great importance to your privacy and protects your personal data by applying the General Data Protection Regulation (European Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of personal data), hereinafter: “GDPR”.
2. Orders and deliveries
The handling of your details (first name, last name, phone number, address and payment details) in the context of processing an order in the web shop is necessary for the implementation of the purchase agreement. We use this information to finalise the payment, to deliver your order and to keep you informed on the status of your order. We will not be able to deliver the service if the Customer objects to providing the required personal information.
Customer(s) is/are fully responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of the information uploaded, shared with or sent to the site.
Customer(s) consent(s) to storage and use of personal data provided when placing an order and when using the website www.ta-ct.com.
We do not store any credit card, International Bank Transfer or PayPal details.
We will not use any personal information for commercial or promotional communications, except with your prior explicit consent given by subscribing to our Newsletter service (section 4).
If you contact us by email, phone or letter, customer services will process your contact details and the content of the correspondence.
We only use this information to respond to your question or complaint.

4. Marketing communications
When you subscribe to our Newsletter, you provide your e-mail address.
This address is kept in our customer system to inform you about our actions, promotions, benefits and events.
We send these communications if you have given us your consent to do so.
If you do not wish to receive more Newsletters from us you can unsubscribe at any time. Each Newsletter contains a link through which it is possible to unsubscribe. You can also contact us via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cookies are used on the site in order to improve our website and your future shopping experiences with us. The cookie identifies your computer and allows the site to remember your personal settings. Cookies are also used for statistical purposes.
6. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics, a web analysis tool that helps us understand how visitors engage with our website. We use this information with the sole purpose of improving our web store and the shopping experience. Google Analytics uses your IP providing us with information such as your location and shop navigation activity.
Google Analytics do not show us any other personal information apart from your location and web shop activity. This information is aggregated and anonymized so that we cannot access personal information such as IP addresses.
We may use this anonymized data for our internal marketing and demographic studies to analyse, profile and monitor customer patterns in order to be able to improve our products, services and customer shopping experience.

TA-CT does not share your personal data, except with subcontractors and third parties who provide services on our behalf to assist us in our business activities. These service providers are limited to processing your personal data in accordance with our instructions for the performance of their duties.
For example, TA-CT cooperates with third parties for the following activities:

- processing of payment in the web shop
- order delivery

TA-CT strives to be transparent by providing the necessary information about the processing of your personal data and guarantees fair and lawful processing of the User’s personal data.
In compliance with the GDPR, we enumerate below the various rights you have with regard to your personal data.
Right to access:
You have the right at any time and free of charge to access your personal data and to request a copy of the personal data by sending an email to email@example.com.
Right to rectification:
TA-CT guarantees the right to rectification and deletion of the User’s personal data. According to article 16 of GDPR, incorrect or inaccurate data can be rectified or deleted at any time.
Right to erasure:
In certain cases, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. We will delete your personal data without undue delay if we have no legal reason to continue its processing. You can also object in the case of direct marketing, so the personal data will no longer be processed for these purposes.
Right to restriction of processing:
In certain cases, you have the right to ask us to limit the processing of your personal data. This means that we may store the data, but may not process it further.
Right to data portability:
This right only applies to the personal data you have provided to us on the basis of consent or in the context of the performance of an agreement. TA-CT will transfer your personal data in a structured and accessible format to you and/or directly to another institution or person of your choice.

For the processing of your personal data collected by TA-CT with your consent, you can withdraw your consent at any time. Please note, however, it may take some time to process your request and that in the meantime you may still receive communications.
How can you exercise these rights?

To ensure that the request originates from you, you can only send a request by e-mail from the e-mail address that is known to us or registered with us, or by sending a letter enclosing proof of identity.
If you believe that TA-CT has not processed your personal data according to the legal requirements, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Belgian data protection authority https://www.dataprotectionauthority.be/citizen/.
